RECOMMENDATION AT THIS TIME OF COVID-19 AND QUARANTINE:

For better delivery control within metro manila, use Grab or Lalamove to pick-up your order at the office. Place your order (no payment required upon check out) and wait for our confirmation before booking. Customers outside metro manila will be informed of the best courier to use for their convenience and safety.

For small orders:

  1. Place your orders (no upfront payment needed).
  2. Wait for inventory verification via the SMS number submitted.
  3. Pay through the bank/Gcash indicated in the SMS verification. Please send the verified bank slip/screenshot to:

  4. COD is available at minimum P800 order (+10% of the total amount).
  5. Confirmation of payment shall be initiated by our accounting department.
  6. Once confirmed by our accounting department, you will receive a text confirmation acknowledging payment and pick-up details.
  7. Book your courier for item pick-up. You may also personally visit and pick-up the item. We may also book the delivery on your behalf. Just pay the courier upon delivery.

For incoming stocks:

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
  • If cart orders are a mix of ready items and backorder items, dispatch of the ready items can be arranged. New stock orders will follow.

For promo bulk quantities, corporate, or government orders:

  1. Place your order by:
    • Choosing the promo/bulk options on the product page (if available).
    • Sending an email to sales@supplies.com.ph

  2. Specify if the product needed is strict to the specifications or open to other brands.
  3. Order will be set as pre-order (items will come from the warehouse) and will require 2-14 days from the date of confirmation.

Discounts, Customizations, and Shipping Policies

Bulk, Group, or Corporate Orders

We offer big discounts to bulk, group, and corporate customers. Just send us a message. Let us know what you need, when you need it, and the purpose so we can assess how we can help you properly.

Customized Products

We know that you might need different products for different sizes for different projects such as a different cut of sticker paper not available off-the-shelf or a print out on food packaging paper or pad with a letterhead. Just let us know your idea and important specifications so we can help you.

Shipping Information and Policy

Shipping Options

1. Pick up – (Personally or via self-booked Grab / Lalamove/ Representative) – FREE. Please wait for our confirmation before booking your rider.

2. Us booking your Grab, Lalamove, etc. – Delivery rate will depend on the price during the booking. If COD is not available on the courier, payment should be settled by the customer beforehand via our bank accounts. Delivery details should be complete.

3. LBC or J&T COD (Payment upon Delivery)

  • Metro Manila – 1-3 working days (P130)
  • Provincial – 3-7 working days  (P150+)

SHIPPING POLICY

We, too, want your orders to be delivered ASAP. And with years of experience delivering to customers, we have learned that a lot of things can happen on the sea, air and on the road. The moment we hand out the package to the courier, we lose control over the delivery. Delays are possible and are to be expected during peak season. But we’ll ensure that your package will arrive.

We recommend that you book your own courier through delivery apps to ensure proper communication with the rider. Just wait for our confirmation before booking a rider.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a replacement for factory defects within 7 days from receiving the package. The customer shall shoulder shipping to our office. Processing of returns takes 1-2 working days. Once the original order has undergone an audit, a replacement shall be sent to the customer at no extra cost. 

COURTESY POLICY

We exhibit a high level of respect for all our customers. But rude behavior is not tolerated. The internet is full of people who believe they are hidden within the confines of their computers and can damage anyone. No, we do not allow this and have successfully filed legal actions in the past. If found guilty, we will automatically cancel your order and give a fair warning. If action remains the same, we will not hesitate to file a case and report immediately to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
